How many holiday gifts can I squeeze out of one recipe? Just 1 or can it be stretched to 2? I need 6-7 gifts ttl so I have to scale it up.

Sorry your question didn't get answered sooner -- this recipe definitely makes enough for two gifts.

For our food52 party, we made 1 1/2 times the recipe. With other desserts, there was plenty for everyone, and more for the Thanksgiving crowd --- until one of the sons (adult) ate all the rest!
