Urgent! When I put the puffs in the oven, they do not turn a brown color or have a sphere shape? Why?

They don't tend to get very brown, only lightly golden. The sphere shape is dependent on how tall you fill your muffin pan, I think. Mine don't usually come out round like the tester's do either - they look more like muffins. They'll still taste good!
