I have a question about the recipe "Cinnamon Sugar Breakfast Puffs" from fiveandspice.
Emily is a trusted source on Scandinavian Cuisine.
They don't tend to get very brown, only lightly golden. The sphere shape is dependent on how tall you fill your muffin pan, I think. Mine don't usually come out round like the tester's do either - they look more like muffins. They'll still taste good!
