Indian side dishes for a dinner party of 10+?

Here's the situation: 8 friends are coming over tonight for a feast of Indian food, but extra friends and significant others might make the party even bigger!

Our current menu is saag paneer, aloo gobi, chana masala, tons of rice with cinnamon sticks and cardamom pods, raita, and homemade naan. That's 3 stove burners taken (we're doing the rice in the oven because I don't have a fourth big pot!)

What's an extra-easy side dish -- preferably raw or salad-like -- I can add to the menu to make sure we all end up full? Thanks!

I think you will have enough food because all of those dishes are pretty heavy. I always end up with tons extra when I cook Indian food. But maybe a carrot salad (here is one from Madhur Jaffrey: http://dinnercoop.cs.cmu.edu/dinnercoop/Recipes/sanjiv/GajarSalad.html

From Indian in 6, by Monisha Bharadwaj --
each serves 4, easy to expand
Ambya Kuval -- Mango and Mustard Seed Salad -- Cube 2 large ripe mangoes. Put in saucepan with 1.25 cups water, 2 T brown granulated sugar, salt. Simmer until semi-dry, about 10 minutes. Heat 1 T oil, from 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds; when they pop, lower heat and add 6 curry leaves and 2 dried red chilis (w/o stems or seeds). Pour spices and oil over the mangoes, cool, serve at room temp.
Falli Kuchumber -- salad with peanuts -- Combine 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1/2 peeled cucumber (all chopped) in serving dish. Mix 1 tsp sunflower oil, salt, 1/2 tsp white sugar, 2 tsp lemon juice to dissolve. Pour over the salad, sprinkle with 2 Tb roasted peanuts (salted optional).
Have a good evening!
