I loved the empanadas from Epcot in Disney, anybody have them and know a recipe in that style empanadas, or a really good empanadas recipes?

You know..I don't think that recipe is quite right....just a shallow google search. The sauces and such might be correct...but there's no dough stuffing of the meat in that recipe.
