I have a question about the recipe "Shaun Hergatt's Southern Style Brisket" from Family Meal. Shouldn't the brisket be covered?
Because the brisket is cooking at quite a low temperature, it's not likely to dry out or burn. If you notice your brisket getting too dark in color, it won't hurt to cover it with foil.
This is (crème) fraîche
Bagel and lox, in a salad.
Churn with confidence.
Savor the season.
Tennessee whiskey is the tops.
Orange you sweet.
