Does this soup hold up in the freezer?
I bet no one has tried that yet. If you do, please report back. My guess is that it will do well, since it reheats well and there is nothing in it that gets soggy or changes texture when frozen.
Yes- I have frozen it in a ziplock freezer bag and really saw no difference in texture or taste- enjoy. I made this almost once week this winter- a great afternoon snack too - so healthy.
