What is "Lillet" and where does one buy it?

I have a question about the ingredient "2 cups Lillet" on the recipe "Orange Ricotta Pillows with Lillet Kumquat Compote" from ChezSuzanne.

Lillet is a fortified wine and should be sold in any good wine shop or liquor store. It's fragrant and has the essence of orange and many other flavors incorporated into it. What you don't use in the recipe is great as an aperitif on its own. It also has a variety of uses in other cocktails
