Definitely ice cream in order to use it up today. Could serve with ischlers or Merrill's recipe for ice cream harbor bars!
I do't have an ice cream maker. I'm now thinking of some kind of butterscotch pudding.
Creme Brulee. Do it.
Nigella Lawson's Margarita Ice Cream (from Nigella Express) does not require an ice cream maker. It's light but luscious!

If you are just trying not to waste the cream... You can always freeze it to use later! Otherwise - my vote is for Creme Brulee ;-)
