Is it possible to make a beurre blanc ahead of time?

I don't have before service tomorrow to make a beurre blanc. Is it possible to do the wine/vinegar reduction tonight and mount it tomorrow evening?

Yes. That won't be a problem at all. Just make sure that your reduction is hot and your butter is cold when you start it again.
