Substitution for orange flower water?

I am making Tootsie Rolls. Maybe I will try orange extract, since it is for the kids!

Or you could try orange liqueur like Cointreau or Grand Marnier. What are you using it in?

Other than a few other extracts you may not have on hand either, try orange zest, or even vanilla extract.
