Other than a few other extracts you may not have on hand either, try orange zest, or even vanilla extract.

Or you could try orange liqueur like Cointreau or Grand Marnier. What are you using it in?

I am making Tootsie Rolls. Maybe I will try orange extract, since it is for the kids!

For a more adult twist on the above answers.... Try Lillet. It's a fortified wine w/orange and other spices that would be particularly tasty. For the kids, I'm guessing it's a fairly small amount of orange flour water that the recipe is requesting. Half OJ Half water would work as well
