Wanted: A pozole recipe for 15 people, simple enough to cook in a ski lodge!

I'll have a kitchen, but who knows how well it will be equipped. Looking for simplicity and reliability.

This is a favorite in this household. You will need a food processor, however. This recipe calls for chicken and substituting pork will be fine.

You would need to double or triple this for 15 by the way.
