Buy the calamari intact (not frozen rings) and as fresh as possible. They are very easy to clean using just your fingers.

It's delicious! When I was a little girl, I loved it and could consume an entire plate of it. Then my parents told me what it was. I refused to eat it when they ordered a plate of it... for about five minutes.
