A question about a recipe: Shrimp Gumbo

030111f_432

I have a question about the ingredient "grapeseed oil" on the recipe "Shrimp Gumbo" from drbabs. Can I substitute another type of oil? I only have olive oil and vegetable oil in my apt.

Either would work -- though I'd favor vegetable oil in this case.

I agree with Amanda. Vegetable oil would be my first choice. Hope you enjoy!
