There are fabulous recipes on many blogs, including Gluten free goddess & gluten free on a shoestring. There is also a new company called Bread Alchemy, they make a Btead-Making Kit that is delicious. It comes with it's own foil pan inside. Also, there is a company called better batter, and they make an all purpose flour and many mixes that many chef's use. Good Luck, and enjoy!
Because of the numerous kinds of flour often indicated in GF recipes, and the expense, we have found that a good mix is a good choice. We have had enough recipe disasters, so that success with a mix is completely fulfilling! Best so far is from Glutino, from Gluten Free Pantry. However, I'll try the suggestions here -- always good to DIY!
