Yes, a one-for-one substitution with TK's Cup4Cup GF Flour (found here: http://www.williams-sonoma...) will do it. If you use TK's flour it will be as good, if you resort to using gums and powders, maybe not.
Hi, I would try to make an almond base-- go to http://www.elanaspantry... and look for an almond meal crust recipe. It's basically ground almonds, oil or butter, a pinch of salt.. maybe some sweetener.
