How do you make a blue cheese sauce? thanks

Start with a basic bechamel -- 3 tbsp butter, melted in a saucepan; add 3 tbsp flour, stir untl it's golden and starts to smell nutty. Add about 2 cups whole milk, whisking to get the roux incorporated. Cook over medium low heat until its thickened a bit. Add however much blue cheese you want to add.
