Pulled -pork! Have 25# of pork butt/shoulder, I have seasoned and marinaded for 24hrs. Plan was to smoke to make pulled pork

However the weather caused cancellation of our event... So my question is could I freeze the meat for future.or should i go ahead and smoke&pull it then freeze it

I agree cook then freeze rub/marinade could be problematic in the freezing defrosting cycle causing it to be too strong.
