Urgent! White Quinoa

Would white quinoa work just as well? I couldn't imagine it would make difference in a pinch.

Haven't tried it but it should work just as well!

I would say yes. There is a slight flavor difference in the two quinoas, though nothing that a non-quinoa connoisseur would notice. ;)
