I love the stuffed date idea. I think they are also delicious with chunks of good parmesan. Or how about a fun popcorn. If you search on this site, there are many good ones. Standouts, in my opinion, are tipsy maple corn, party popcorn, caramel sea salt popcorn, and the spicy parmesan and truffle popcorn (though I'd go light on the spicy and let the parm and truffle shine.
