specification of food

how do I now the quick way to find a food without pork as an ingredient? even if in the small amount, can you give me 'no pork' foods?

Most food does not contain pork. I haven't eaten any pork in 22 years and have never had to seek out pork-free foods. What specifically are you wanting to cook, buy or serve?
