A question about a recipe: Rhubarb Cordial

Loved this with rhubarb. Think it would work with kumquats? Would I need to change the ratios at all?

Yes, I used these exact same proportions for kumquats and it worked for me. Some may want a bit more sugar. :)

I suspect it will work as written. If you're concerned you could add less sugar, and once the cordial is complete if it's not sweet enough you could doctor it with some simple syrup.
