I have a question about the ingredient "PINTS OF BUTTOM MUSHROOMS" on the recipe "Creamy Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms" from ADRIENE.
Are pints of buttom mushrooms an 8 ounce package?

added about 1 year agoBy volume a pint is 16 ounces. 32 ounces is a quart. I think what you need is the dry weight for the mushrooms in the original recipe.
A pint is 2 cups or 16 oz. It should say pint on the container, hope that helps!
