Urgent! Calculating baking time when doubling a recipe

I've got an apple cake recipe that calls for an 8x8 pan. I want to double the recipe and use a bundt pan. How do I calculate the baking time? Many thanks for your help.

A cake cooked at 350ยบ F will probably take 40 to 50 minutes in a fluted bundt pan. I'd probably start testing it around 35 minutes just to play it safe.
