I want to make this in the morning for an evening function. OK in fridge or on counter?

I have a question about the recipe "Spring Pea and Ricotta Torte with Lemon and Mint" from TasteFood.

Allow the torte to cool completely, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Remove from the refrigerator one hour before serving to allow to come to room temperature.
