What is the shelf life of tea leaves?

If they are stored in an airtight light tight container in a cool dry place. Roughly a year. If you open your container up and their is no smell you should toss them. I worked w teas for years.

Thanks Mirepoix79. They were stored in a warm, humid place, so I tossed them.
