added about 1 year agoYes -- you can either let it cool and eat it at room temperature, or I'd slightly undercook the asparagus, so when you heat it back up it won't be overcooked.
It tastes great at room temperature! It also cooks very quickly, so if you have all of the ingredients prepped ahead of time (2 hrs prior), you can have it freshly hot and on the table within minutes.
