I would try Greek yogurt or Labne if you have either one.
As the recipe calls for only 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche, you could sub (ideally regular, not low fat) plain yogurt or sour cream. Or just increase the mayo by 2 tablespoons. Given the type of recipe, it's not a make-or-break issue.
