I have a question about the recipe "Serrano Ham and Manchego Croquetas with Smoked Pimentón Aioli" from Sonali aka the Foodie Physician.
bellly, i'm guessing you drink goat milk? because if you drink and like it, then i think it would be fine in this recipe. it will be the underlying flavor of the whole dish, the beschamel, spiked w the ham and cheese. i've never had goats milk but i love chevre and chevre, ham and manchego flavors are all compatible imo.
