A question about a recipe: Rhubarb Lime Spritzer

I have a question about the ingredient "rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces" on the recipe "Rhubarb Lime Spritzer" from amanda.
I just was wondering how many medium stalks = 3/4 lb? No scale chez moi.

I would say 3. Sliced, it should be about 2 1/2 cups.
