How is this used, on what foods? Would it be good on fish and if so what kind?

What aargersi said! Also great on sandwiches, in chicken or shrimp salad, or even potato salad.

I think so! I would be inclined to serve it with some grilled salmon, or halibut. I think it would also be tasty with asparagus, or perhaps some lamb chops. Think of anything that you would pair with a lemony / creamy flavor and have it it!!!
