Can I freeze asparagus? Do I need to cook before do this? Or freeze raw? Thank you!

You can definitely freeze asparagus. Just make sure you blanch it first. Also take care with the shape you freeze the stalk in!

Yes. You can freeze it. Snap the bottom off first. Blanch and then put in ice bath to prevent overcooking. I put on a cookie sheet and freeze then later bag it up. That was they will not freeze in a clump.
