A question about a recipe: Sesame Encrusted Salmon with Pinot Noir Reduction

I have a question about the recipe "Sesame Encrusted Salmon with Pinot Noir Reduction" from coffeefoodwritergirl. Any suggestions for vegetable (non-grain) sides to serve with this?

Steamed asparagus. Either serve it hot, or chill it and serve it with a citrus vinaigrette.

I love the idea of asparagus.

There's this zucchini recipe I love; http://smittenkitchen.com...

or these great broccoli recipes from the site

Sauteed radicchio or a slaw might also be nice. But if none of that appeals to you, choosing a vegetable and searching for it here will give you great ideas
