Steamed asparagus. Either serve it hot, or chill it and serve it with a citrus vinaigrette.

I love the idea of asparagus.

There's this zucchini recipe I love;

or these great broccoli recipes from the site (I would eliminate the wine given your salmon glaze and I'd also reduce the lemon juice a bit)

Sauteed radicchio or a slaw might also be nice. But if none of that appeals to you, choosing a vegetable and searching for it here will give you great ideas
