How long will leftover canned pumpkin last in the fridge? I stored mine in a sealed plastic container.

Check if there is some chemical preservatives, if there are one week, if not two-three days. If you need it to last longer, time for the freezer!

Thanks! I guess it's time to toss it! Organic (no preservatives), and it's been in the fridge for a week or two. yikes.
