added 11 months agoOh yes, you can. Since you're spreading the mass out into a thinner layer via a sheet pan, it will bake faster than in a 9" round. You may want to drop the baking temp by 25 degrees so that the edges don't overbake.

You definitely can. Just make sure to double or triple the recipe based on the amount of cake (in square inches) you're making in the larger pans.

added 11 months agoGood point, Elkie Oiishi. To fill a half-sheet pan, I increase a recipe for a 9" round pan by 1.5. For a full sheet, increase by 3x.
