I'm reading "Tartine Bread" by Chad Robertson, and he talks about a Dutch Oven "combo cooker". What is that, and where can I get one?

I got my combo cooker after reading his book, and found a lodge version on amazon. It's essentially a cast-iron pot and a cast-iron skillet that fit into each other so that you have an enclosed space (each piece acts as a lid for the other depending on which is right side up).
