I have a question about the recipe "Not Your Cafeteria Meatloaf" from ADRIENE. Drain the bacon?

Of course I would "drain" the bacon - you don't want the artery clogging fat and having the meatloaf loose and falling apart. Simply cook the bacon as called for, spoon onto paper towel with a slotted spoon.
