I think most, but not all, of the alcohol will be forced out of the mixture during processing. So you would end up adding more alcohol later, which is a such a waste. Then there's the safety part that I'm not all that comfortable: alcohol vapors, pressurized by heat, in a somewhat closed glass vessel. If anything, it could possibly make one big mess.
If yo freeze it that is fine you never said how you were going to preserve it I often make fresh fruit margaritas and freeze them without adding the ice and they have been fine for months add ice when you are ready to serve
