A question about a recipe: Savory Grapefruit Sabayon

I have a question about the ingredient "grapefruit flavored vodka (or vermouth)" on the recipe "Savory Grapefruit Sabayon" from Berna. Grapefruit flavored Vodka or Vermouth - commercial or homemade?

Definitely commercial. When I developed this recipe, there was only one or two brands of vodka that made flavored vodkas. Now you can find them easily. My suggestion of vermouth was in place of the vodka, but the grapefruit vodka has a better flavor profile. Hope you enjoy!
