Hi there -- I don't know for sure, but I think the 3-3.5 hours has to be the right one -- I can't imagine a 6 pound pork roast cooking through completely in just 2 hours...

added 9 months agoThe good news is the roast holds beautifully after it's out of the oven, so I'd start on the earlier side and check after 1.5 hours.
