I had to google the yonana machine... ...hasnt made it's way to this neck of the woods yet. After reading about it I bet you could use a blender. I'd probably chop the fruit smaller before freezing it so that your blender wouldn't have to work as hard and to keep it from heating up.
We use a food processor.
I always use the blender and it works marvellously well.
