Garlic carries a risk of botulism, so you'll want to store in the fridge and use it up within a week.

added 7 months agoYes, you should definitely refrigerate this mixture, even if it was just garlic and olive oil. There's a very dangerous risk of botulism when storing in olive oil at room temperature. Sounds delicious, if stored safely! Here's more info: http://www.fsis.usda.gov...
