Beef, beans, pork, chicken, you name it! Whatever your favorite dish is, there's a chance it will work in your pressure cooker! I have two of 'em: A Fagor stove-top and a Cuisinart electric. Both do a marvelous job.

As for recipes, also look at Miss Vickie's pressure cooker recipe site at http://missvickie.com/ . She also has a really good book on pc's that has a big section on pressure cookers themselves and hundreds of recipes of all sorts.

I have a pressure cooking cookbook and website http://www..pressurecookingonline.... Not many recipes there yet. Former site is http://www.pressurecooking....
I am a vegetarian so my favorite main dishes are vegetable- or bean-based. I like stews, curries and chili which are take little time and taste great.
