Can I freeze half and half?

It will look curdled when you thaw it, so freezing isn't ideal. Could you add it to a soup that would freeze better? Like this one: http://www.food52.com/recipes...

Thank you for the response! I ended up making a side dish with mushrooms and cauliflower that i was able to use it in and it kept for several days!
