We don't assign Weight Watchers' point to our recipes. Is there a specific kind of recipe you're looking for?

Is there a way to find the recipes which would be better suited to a weight loss program?

Yes, just look for recipes in which the main ingredients are vegetables, lean proteins, and olive oil. Lots of recipes would fit the criteria, but you have to first be aware of what ingredients to avoid. Stay away from baked goods, lots of butter, and cream, for example. I would start by looking for your WW guidelines for dinner, then doing a search for something like "chicken breast."

The best way to determine points would be to enter the ingredients into a WW recipe builder (if you're a WW online member) and get the approximate value.
