Yes, totally! Any kind of casserole, baked dish, or soup is a safe bet. Also mashed potatoes can be done ahead of time and re-warmed slowly (stove-top), adding more milk as you stir them. Cakes, of course, can be done in advance. And you can get your salad dressing made. Happy Thanksgiving!
