Bourbon Substitute

It's a tragedy, but true. We are out of bourbon and making a bourbon pumpkin pie. We have cognac, rum, Tuaca and some reduced cider syrup. I simply refuse to go to the store so....what's the best substitution?

Rum or cognac!

I'd pick cognac. But I think any of those would be equally yummy.

Personally I feel Tuaca would be amazingly awesome. Save some for me.
