I have a question about the recipe "Acorn Squash Fondue" from Table9. can this be made ahead and re-heated? thanks

I would be a little nervous about the cheese getting grainy, though the cream cheese might help stabilize and smooth it out. It's worth a try, but I would do a trial run before serving to company.
