Urgent! A foolproof Green Monster smoothie recipe for tomorrow?

Hi,
I was recently introduced to Green Monster smoothies and I love them. Sadly, the past few smoothies I've made I experimented a bit and came out with sinkers. Does anyone have a green monster recipe that comes out tasty every time? I'd like to buy the ingredients for breakfast tomorrow.
