added 5 months agoYes. A braise usually tastes even better the next day. Re-heat covered on 250-300 until warm. I like to take it out of the fridge 30 min. before re-heating.

added 5 months agoAgree with Monita. Almost any braise tastes better a day or two later. Short ribs should be right on target. You can also reheat on the stove top.
I suspect that after tasting the ribs the next day, you will make double batches in the future !
