Paul Bertolli's Cauliflower Soup Prep Question

HELP!!! I have it on the stove now---but something came up and I can't puree it tonight??? What can I do???

yes!!!! Thank you!!! Great----better than doing it at midnight tonight!!! This recipe seems so simple I did't want to really screw it up!!! Thanks again Kristen!!!

Puree it tomorrow! If it's not done cooking, finish simmering it tomorrow too. You just may need to adjust the liquid (and seasoning) to taste.
